Battery lasts a long time. Feels sturdy. No complaints

I had to use the warranty after one of the batteries started acting strange. Support asked me for a few pictures and my order info, which seemed reasonable enough.

The return part took longer than I expected, and whoever runs this should probably make that process a little smoother. That said, support did keep responding and eventually got it sorted out. The replacement arrived fine, so overall it wasn’t perfect, but I did feel taken care of

I mean... it works, but the charging is a lot slower than I expected. I was hoping it would be more efficient, but it just takes way too long to get a full charge

The battery showed up right on time and the box wasn’t beat up, which apparently feels like a small miracle these days. Tracking could’ve updated a little faster, but hey, I guess suspense is part of the delivery experience.

I’m giving this 1 star because, the support experience was the part that ruined it for me.

I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but it took way too long to get an actual helpful response. And when they finally replied, it felt literally like a copy-and-paste answer that didn’t really solve anything.

The batteries might be fine, but dealing with customer service made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their support.

I was a little confused because the website made it sound like the battery would last longer, but mine ran out quickly. It’s not terrible, but the runtime was definitely disappointing compared to what I thought I was getting.

I ordered from Dakota Lithium because I figured the higher price meant it was going to feel like some premium, totally worth-it purchase. Yeah… not really. It works fine, but for what they’re charging, I was expecting a lot more than just “okay,” which feels kind of ridiculous.
There are cheaper options out there that seem close enough, so paying this much made me feel like a bit of an idiot. Maybe some people swear by them, but for me the value just wasn’t there. Wouldn’t buy again at these prices.
